Professional Caretakers will work with your insurance company to make sure your claims are paid without any hassle. In fact, our insurance specialists can do it all for you! Professional Caretakers will:

Bill your insurance directly, file nurse notes, monitor claims payments and keep on top of your file
Check your coverage and your policy requirements to make sure you get everything you should
Keep your protected health information safe. All of our claims processing is done in-house by our HIPAA compliant and secure insurance department.
Work with ALL insurance. We are preferred providers and have had claims paid with most major long term care insurance companies including: Unum, Travelers, John Hancock, Penn Treaty, Conseco, United Teachers, and many others. We also accept workers comp claims. Professional Caretakers is a Non-Medicare provider. Medicare does not provide for custodial and long term care in the home.
Prevent denials. Many policies require a home health license and an RN in charge of your care. However, most Personal Assistance agencies do NOT meet these requirements. Professional Caretakers does!
